• Standard (Continential US): Shipped via UPS Ground - First three (3) items = $8.00; each additional item is $1.00
  
• Express (Continential US): Shipped via UPS 2nd Day - First three (3) items = $21.00; each additional item is $1.85
  
• Standard (Alaska & Hawaii): Shipped via UPS 2nd Day - First three (3) items = $35.00; each additional item is $3.15
  
• Standard (Canada): Shipped via UPS Standard to Canada - First three (3) items = $13.00; each additional item is $1.00
  
• Express (Canada): Shipped via UPS Expeditied - First three (3) items = $53.00; each additional item is $1.85
  
• Residential addresses will incur an additional $1 charge for UPS shipments. Ship to your place of work and save a dollar.

Restricted alcohol importation states:
Under applicable state laws, residents of Maryland, Tennessee, Kentucky and Utah are not allowed to receive deliveries of beer. Additionally, certain counties in given States may prohibit the delivery of beer.

Packaging and quality guarantee:

• Glasses and bottles of beer and wine are very breakable so we take extra care when packing your order. Each glass or bottle is individually wrapped in bubble pack to insure the item is received intact.
• All glassware is also inspected before shipment to insure it is without any defects. Since many beer glasses are made to be used in on-premise establishments, defects are usually tolerated by the manufacturer. Not by us! If there is a glass with a defect, we take it home and use it for ourselves.
• All shipments are insured by UPS so in the rare instance you were to receive a broken glass, or worse yet, bottle, let us know immediately so we can file the necessary claim and get you a replacement.

After each shipment is processed by our staff, you will be sent an email alerting you that your order has been processed and assigning you a UPS tracking number. You may track your package's trek across the country by visiting the customer service area and viewing your order history.
