| How do I locate an item? | To find an item that interests you, you may either type in a keyword in the search box at the top left of the page, or browse through the product categories by first selecting a department (beer, wine, breweriana) and then clicking on "browse ...". You will then returned with a list of the products that match your criteria. Click on the product name to take you to a page displaying the product's photo and details. |
| How do I place an item in my shopping cart? | Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase, enter the quantity you would like to purchase in the box called "Quantity Desired." Then simply click on the button called "Add to my cart." If this is your first visit to this website, you will prompted to register your name and email address. |
| How do check out/finish my order? | If you are not already at a screen displaying the contents of your shopping cart, click the little shopping cart in the red area at the top of the screen. Choose "Checkout" from the list of options below your basket's contents.. You will then proceed through several step to finish you order. There are instructions with each step to help you along. |
| I always get a message back saying that I have no items in my shopping cart, yet I've added items. |
The most likely reason for this problem is that either you have an older browser which does not accept cookies, you refused to accept a cookie, or you quit your browser and came back later.
